YOUNG WOMAN FOUND RAPED AND MURDERED
A devastating crime has shaken the community of Gqwarhu village in Lukhuni, Eastern Cape. Aviwe Mavonya, a young woman, was brutally raped and murdered, with her body dumped in a bush.
According to reports, Aviwe’s lifeless body was discovered in the bushes of Libode. The circumstances surrounding her death are currently under investigation.
Tragically, Aviwe’s family is now facing the added burden of arranging her funeral without the necessary financial resources.
The community is in shock and mourning the loss of this young life. Authorities are urged to investigate this heinous crime and bring the perpetrators to justice.
