DRAMA PREVAILS ALONGISIDE THE WINNER ON THE FIRST MOTHER OF ALL

Drama emerged at the first annual Maskandi event, Mother Of All Maskanda Festival, an event that was held at Moses Mabhida Peoples Park Saturday, 06 April 2024, in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. Mthandeni entered the stage and shouted, “hands up, the Maskandi king has arrived now” and started singing with his dancers. In a video circulating, Igcokama Elisha is seen talking to someone who is believed to be telling him to get off the stage and Mthandeni can be heard telling the audience that,

“My airtime is up, according to the organizers”.

While he was explaining, Zimiphi Biyela, also known as Zimdollar grabbed the mic and shouted at Igcokama Elisha, saying, “Fu$&i”.

Zimdollar got in the stage and addressed the audience who were already throwing objects on stage. She tried to tell them that Mthandeni came to the event late and his allocated time has already passed.

Later, Zimdollar took to social media, after she was trending, to address the issue and she said Mthandeni is disrespectful and unprofessional. However, she apologized for insulting Igcokama Elisha, saying she was angry.
